Can I choose where my notice is published?
Yes, during the booking process you will be able to choose the newspapers you would like your notice published in. Please note, your booking must comply with our Terms and Conditions to be successfully published.
Can I edit my notice once it is booked?
Yes. Once you have booked your notice you are able to edit it until the deadline of the notice has closed. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to edit your notice. To edit your notice, login to MyAccount, select 'My Orders' and then select the notice you would like to edit.
Do I need to register to place a notice?
Yes. Registration is free and takes only a few seconds. You will be asked to Register when you select an offer.
Can I cancel my print notice?
Yes. You can cancel your order and any print notices in it. Note, When you cancel your order, you will get a full refund for any print notices that have not already been published, and for any print notices that have not already passed their publishing deadline. That is, you only pay for the notice(s) we print.

To cancel your notice, firstly login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Cancel order'. This will automatically calculate and trigger your refund.

Can I update my listing on www.mytributes.com.au?
Yes. Firstly, login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Edit'. Navigate through the relevant steps and make edits where required. Alternatively, you can contact the News Concierge Support team on 13 11 35.
Can I have my listing removed from www.mytributes.com.au?
Yes. Firstly, login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Edit'. Navigate through to the My Tributes page and select OPT OUT. Alternatively, you can contact the News Concierge Support team on 13 11 35 to assist you with removal of a listing from www.mytributes.com.au
