Can I choose where my ad is published?

Yes, during the booking process you will be able to choose the newspapers you would like your ad published in. Please note, your booking must comply with our Terms and Conditions to be successfully published.

Can I edit my ad once it is booked?

Yes. Once you have booked your ad you are able to edit it until the deadline of the ad has closed. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to edit your ad. To edit your ad, login to MyAccount, select 'My Orders' and then select the ad you would like to edit.

Do I need to register to place an ad?

Yes. Registration is free and takes only a few seconds. You will be asked to Register when you select an offer.

Can I cancel my print ad?

Yes. You can cancel your order and any print ads in it. Note, When you cancel your order, you will get a full refund for any print ads that have not already been published, and for any print ads that have not already passed their publishing deadline. That is, you only pay for the ad(s) we print.

To cancel your ad, firstly login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Cancel order'. This will automatically calculate and trigger your refund.

Can I update my listing on buysearchsell.com.au?

Yes. Firstly, login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Edit'. Navigate through the relevant steps and make edits where required. Alternatively, you can contact the News Concierge Support team on 13 11 13.

Can I have my listing removed from buysearchsell.com.au?

Yes. Firstly, login to MyAccount. Next, select 'My Orders', select your order and then select 'Edit'. Navigate through to the Buy Search Sell page and select OPT OUT. Alternatively, you can contact the News Concierge Support team on 13 11 13 to assist you with removal of a listing from buysearchsell.com.au.
